Yesterday’s forecast called for severe thunderstorms and 25kt winds in the region. Fortunately the front broke up before it got here. Some passing rain this morning was all we saw. Sunshine, temps in the low 70s, and light south wind for us presently. Good day for a first swim of the season. Debating dropping the mast tomorrow. Hoping for an update from the canal in the morning. Spending another night at this anchorage as it is ideal for the predicted SW winds.
