Postcard Photo Printer

Whether it’s a beautiful sunset, a foggy morning, a calm bay, or a successful plumbing repair …it’s nice to share the memories.  On our first voyage beyond the confines of our lake we decided it would be nice to print photos and postcards.  The Canon Selphy CP910 fit the bill for us, allowing us to print 4×6 prints and postcards for about 30 cents each.  The dye/paper are sold together and there aren’t any inks or inkjets to dry/clog.  Although the CP910 has retired, the CP1200 has come to take its place.  You can print wirelessly from a smartphone or tablet …and although it does run on 120VAC, it can be powered by even the smallest of inverters.  The Selphy line has been around for years, so I expect the consumables to be availble well into the future.
